If you have hosted your domain with the right provider using Step 2 instructions then you must have control panel login information from hosting providers. Now apply for Google Adsense account or any prefered advertising network to get register for an account to obtain ads code. Copy paste the code to put on your website as per your theme selected. Try to use maximum possible space and use all options of ad script to get maximum benefit. Most probably you will be using Google Adsense.
