Step1: Find Out a Niche Market and related domain
Finding a Niche Market has two aspects to think about. The first aspect is to look for some well-known and famous industry or area of life which is commonly known by most of the people in this earth. The second aspect is to research on your selected Niche to find out if it can give you enough revenue? Lets discuss both these aspect in more details,

As more people would be searching on that niche related keywords so more chances are there that your site will start getting traffic very soon. As time passes by, more contents will be on your site and hence resulted in more traffic from search engines. However it is very important to know that some very well-known niche areas don’t have good return on investment. For instance, Wallpapers is very popular niche but very less advertisers actually offering ads for this niche. So all of your efforst will go invain if you invested your time on this niche.
Now question comes to mind as how to find a niche which is also profitable. First of all, use Google Traffic Estimate Tool to find out right keywords for your selected niche,

Pay necessary attention towards advertiser competition. Find keywords where you see full bar of advertisers competition. Once you have selected a niche and related keywords, put them in the following tool,

Now remain all the other options as selected except the last one. Choose All Countries and press Add button. Once it is selected, press Continue button to see results. Now it will show you list of keywords along with associated Avg Estimated CPC (Cost Per Click). See if its good amount which means greater $1 at least and preferably several dollars then choose that niche.
Once you have selected a famous and profitable niche, register a domain around your selected niche’s major keyword. Try to find a domain (COM) that must contains common keyword (a word that should be included in most of your selected keywords). For example, the word loans is common in Student Loans, Private Loans, Commercial Loans mg augmentin 875 etc. Your selected domain should be something that contains Loans inside it.
Now you are ready to move forward for second step.
